Griffin Stout, MD, CEDS
Dr. Griffin Stout (she/her/hers) is the founding physician for Collaborative Psychiatry. She is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist as well as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She is passionate about providing patient centered evidence based medical care.

Shane Gahn, DNP, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC
Shane W. Gahn (he/him/his) is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering virtual outpatient psychiatric services for people in Ohio. He has been certified and licensed as an NP since 2016 and is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Practice, teaching university students at the baccalaureate and master’s level. Shane is specially trained and experienced in treating LGBTQ+ people. He has multiple years of experience supporting gender diverse and transgender people, including letters for gender affirming care (GAC).

Summer Lawson , PMHNP-BC, APRN-CNP, MSN, MSW
Summer Lawson (she/her/hers) is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of experience in psychiatric and behavioral healthcare, including over 10 years providing medication management psychiatric services. A graduate of The Ohio State University with dual master's degrees in nursing and social work, she brings a whole-person lens to psychiatric assessment and treatment. A former multisport NCAA athlete, Summer specializes in attention and focus challenges in high performers and adults in demanding roles, as well as eating disorders psychiatric care and is a preferred provider for medication-naive adults and those with medication sensitivities. Integrating precision and functional medicine to support lasting cognitive clarity and emotional well-being, she has held C-suite, faculty, and advisory roles and remains passionate about evidence-based, bio-neuroscience-driven, individualized psychiatric care
